Charnwood Hills...

For anyone who fancies a challenge, you need not look any further than the Charnwood Hills Fell Race.  The course is approx 14 miles long and follows public footpaths and open country involving 1200 feet of ascent over Bradgate , Broombriggs and Beacon Hill Country Parks. The going is varied between trails, paths, ditches, streams and of course hills.  The wind played a massive part in this year's challenge, battering the 500 strong field.
