The 5th September was a big race day with NRR runners taking part in races here there and everywhere...
A great pair attended the Bedford Harriers 10k both from different scales of the running spectrum, Mick Clarke who is, well, very experienced and Gemma Francis completed her first ever race for the club in a time of 56:20. Mick came home in 49:22 and was the 1st in his age category.
