Andy Pate has been missing from Wednesday training for four weeks due to working and a holidaying in Blakeney, North Norfolk. Whilst by the coast, Andy drove 30 miles to Great Yarmouth where he ran the flat 5 mile road race on the seafront. He was pleased with a time of 39:32.
