A boys only trip to visit Rich (the Ambulance) and take in a tough off-road half marathon at the seaside. Pre race training included fish & chips and a few beers on Poole Quay. We also met up with Monsieur Alan Burgess to take on this challenge. We did defeat the Beast however we did not look good at the finish. This is a particularly hilly course but is well worth it for the fantastic coastal views. A beautiful day and a great race, we will return. As for the ladies, there were lots in front of us as always. Come and join us next year.
