Andy Sharkey Cotters did the Abbey 10K on Sunday 29th June.
Situated in Ramsey , Cambridgeshire on a lovely flat course run mainly
on farmers tracks and droves.
Andy managed a sub 50, completed in 49:24 and would definitely recommend this race, it was well marshalled and there was a nice medal
for all finishers.
