A Capital 10K

Claire McDaid completed the London Bupa 10k on Monday 30th May in a time of 55.48.  The course starts at Buckingham Palace (outside it of course) and heads through Westminster taking in a beautiful loop of Central London which includes many famous landmarks (if you have time for some sightseeing en-route).
