The final race of the 2010 Silverstone Duathlon Series came to a climax on Tuesday September 7th.
Hosted, at the marvellous Porsche Experience Centre competitors completed 2 laps of the Porsche Circuits running, 3 laps of the full Silverstone Grand Prix track on the bike and repeated the first run again to give an approximate 2 mile / 11 mile / 2 mile route.
Maree Jesson was the only lady under 1 hour winning in a time of 59.54, another amazing PB. Rumour has it that Maree is spending more time training with the boys on their bikes than she is on her running lately... Clearly she is reaping the rewards!
