Eleven Northampton Road Runners took part in the ever popular Bliworth Friday Five, an undulating, long standing five miler around Northamptonshire's countryside.
Danson Njoka crossed the line in 6th place overall in a time 27.40. Tony Letts was seconds ahead of Radoslav Nic in 31.18, with Nic finishing in 31.26. Rosanna Andrews continued her impressive form in 31.49 and Peter Moor made his Blisworth debut in 34.15. Martin Andrews improved on his Wellingborough time in 35.48 and Penny Andrews was close by in 35.37. Jon Dilworth and Tony Kennedy enjoyed a close race in 41.34 and 41.55.
Mick Clarke continued his return from injury with a 43.07 finish and Jo Cummings broke the 50 minute barrier in 49.49.
